Positive SMS is a free downloadable desktop tool to be used by individuals and businesses that wish to send SMS from their desktop to mobile phones. Network coverage is subject to the list provided on the site and testing. Users are required to register for a username and password prior to use of the application. 10 Free test messages are allocated to each user that signs up for testing purposes.
The software includes a phone book and message history. Throughput is 3 messages per second. Delivery reports and advanced features such as time stamps are not available in the beta version.
